Healing Lotus

Healing Lotus is a class where you can go slowly depending on the condition of the students.
If you are pregnant or if you are deficient in physical activity after giving birth or if you are sick, you are welcome! This is a class that incorporates a style of yoga where you slowly take one pose called "Yin yoga" and face the breath carefully.

Yin Yoga relieves the fatigue (parenting, work, tenacity) that comes from lifestyle and the pressure from the environment and society, and heals deeper into muscles and joints. By practicing slowly, you will practice to feel deeper in your body and your inner connection with yourself.

 


Every Monday at 10:00-11:45.

16 participant maximum. 

Booking is available 1 month before class.

*This class is recommended for beginners 🔰Silver and pregnant women.

*Items to prepare
・Please wear comfortable clothes.
・Yoga mats and drinks that can be rehydrated, such as water.
